Customer support doesn’t begin and end with technical support in the datacenters. At least we don’t believe it should. There are hundreds of us working behind the scenes that you may never meet or speak to, but for all intents and purposes we are working for you and all of our customers. And the seemingly little things we do for our customers have an impact on their business.
We are a service company – with the emphasis on service.
We have different SLAs for different businesses to choose from. But our SLAs all share one thing- they hold us accountable for our shortcomings.
For those customers with large and/or overly complex configurations, we provide a TAM who takes on the responsibility of managing them long term.
