New York server colocation lets users maintain physical control over their servers, operating system and applications.
PEER 1's server colocation datacenter is located in downtown Manhattan, with two additional Points of Presence (PoPs) nearby. The state of the art facility offers secure locking server cabinets and private cages. The datacenter has diesel power generators and UPS back up, climate control and air filters, advanced fire extinguishing systems, security card entry control and video monitoring, guard team and around the clock NOC and technical support.
In addition to the New York server colocation datacenter, PEER 1 also maintains peering agreements which further improve performance. Most significantly, two public peering agreements are with exchanges located in New York.
