PEER 1 Growing Pains $10,000 Giveaway is a skill contest and open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia or Canada 21 years of age or older. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest.

Prize (1) Grand Prize
Entries have a chance to win one grand prize consisting of 12 months of managed hosting at PEER 1 at no charge (approximate value $6,500 US), an Apple MacBook Pro 15-inch 2.5 GHz Laptop (approximate value $2,500 US), and a Sony HD Camcorder HDRSR10 (approximate value $1,000 US). If PEER 1 is unable to obtain the exact prize models specified here, a prize of similar type and value will be given to the successful winner. The successful winner will receive a PEER 1 Managed Hosting plan to be determined for 12 months at a start date to be determined. Offer valid for a new Managed Hosting plan and cannot be applied or used in conjunction with an existing hosting plan that is under contract. Call for details. A second prize of an iPod Touch 8GB (approximate value $299 US) will be given to each of the five finalists. Apple, MacBook and iPod are trademarks of Apple. 1. Eligibility: Submitting a video in this Contest is open only to persons who, as of date of entry are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia or Canada, at least 21 years of age or older and are registered users of http://www.dailymotion.com (including all mirror or derivative sites, and all replacements or successor versions thereof) ("DailyMotion Site”) ("Registered User”). Employees, officers, directors and their immediate family members of the Contest Entities and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, legal and financial advisors, and any and all other companies associated with this Contest are not eligible to enter. For purposes of this Contest, "immediate family members" means parents, spouses, children, siblings, in-laws, grandmother, or grandfather. To become a Registered User of the DailyMotion Site, you must register for an account and agree to the DailyMotion Site’s 'Terms of Use’. There is no fee or charge to become a Registered User.

2. How to Enter: To enter, create and submit an original video, maximum running time of 2 minutes, showing the growing pains you have experienced in hosting or running your online business or starting up your business. For the purpose of this Contest a Video Submission is a DailyMotion video file submission that follows the technical, creative and legal requirements disclosed in Rule #5 and elsewhere in these Official Rules. Entrants’ Video Submission may be submitted anytime during the Video Submission Period. Follow instructions to upload Video Submission from your DailyMotion member account. More than one video can be entered in the contest. No purchase necessary, nor will purchase increase your chances of winning.

3. Technical/Creative/Legal Requirements for the PEER 1 Growing Pains Giveaway Contest Entries:

Running Time: 2 minutes maximum, including any credits. If entry is longer than 2 minutes only the first 2 minutes will be judged. Video Submissions longer than 2 minutes may be disqualified at discretion of Sponsor.

Language: English

Creative Requirements: In addition to the technical requirements the video should contain content that speaks to or describes the nature of your difficulties in hosting or running your online business.
