The Application Process

Step 1:

Apply online.
That resume you've been working on all day? Share it with us! We'll also ask you for your contact details and for some information about yourself.


Step 2:

Applicant review.
We review each application carefully and select the cream of the crop to connect with.


Step 3:

Telephone interview.
Let's get to know each other! You'll ask us some questions and we'll ask you some questions.


Step 4:

Culture and competency interview.
We'll get into what you've done and who you are, but don't expect to be taken through one of those unending and boring interviews you've sat through countless times before. You'll quickly get a feel for the PEER 1 Hosting culture – and it starts with how we interview. It's about you, so we want you to ask questions and challenge us.

ADVICE FROM A PEER:
 

Highlight results in your résumé. When you give us examples of what you've done in the past, focus on outcomes that made a difference in the organization, and the results you delivered.

 

Tell us who you are! Our shared values are important, and we want people who are aligned to them while still being themselves. I always tell people that PEER 1 Hosting is a place you can bring your real self to work.

 

Be prepared to tell us why you think you'd be a good match. Of course we want your technical skills to shine, but we also want to know how you'd contribute to the culture of PEER 1 Hosting.
