Last week, my colleague Travis Eiland and I had the pleasure of attending Levementum’s partner event for Magento’s eCommerce platform users. The event brought together Magento customers as well as representatives from the two host companies and Avalara to discuss the value of hosting for online sellers, common challenges to growing and why it all makes “business sense.” Levementum is a global demand chain consulting and technology services company and a PEER 1 Hosting partner of nearly two years. Together, we’ve collaborated on more than 40 projects, combining our hosting expertise and support with their pragmatic approach to deliver value and help eCommerce businesses win.
Last week’s event included multiple presentations on delivering eCommerce success, including one from Levementum’s Vice President, Ecommerce and Web Content Management Systems, Derek Jacobson, about why companies should create multiple store fronts. Many sellers don’t consider this strategy as they design and develop their online presence, but creating multiple store fronts can help brand a company for multiple demographic groups and highlight subsets of its catalog to help cater to niche audiences. While this does require a bit more back-end development and configuration, the combination of our partnership with Levamentum and Magento, among numerous others, enables online sellers to scale effectively and cost-efficiently without having to hire full-time system administrators.

Thanks again for Levementum for a relevant and engaging event!
