We have just completed the installation of the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager software and its now available to managed hosting customers as a data backup service. The solution is built on our SAN technology and allows customers to reduce file recovery time and disk consumption. It will also allow us to manage the 16,000 servers we host in-house at one time no matter where they are located. Read press release
