"Are you guys serious? I have never seen this level of customer service from any web based company. In fact, I don't think it would be a stretch to say I have never had this level of service... ever. I asked the Peer 1 Technical Support how I can make my server punch a cyclops between the eye. They made the server do this for me and then told me how to do it all by myself. I told John Spears that I needed help with something... and "poof"... all I could see was the hem of his cape as he flew off to take care of things for me. Seriously though, Ping and People - I just got here this past Saturday and I'm truly stunned. I get it. And your team delivers it. I just wish I made the move much earlier."
